IF it's worth quibbling about, (and it probably isn't) I've heard some reliable hearsay that the pro-tapsters in Prague pooh-pooh our American slow pours. I just need an opportunity to drink a slow-pour, a Lukr pour, and nitro pour and hand pump pour all together some time.
Fun article - out here in the Philly area the Lukr pours are a must have in the more sophisticated places, though frankly some of the pourers don't get it (usually the beer bars, not the breweries), as they don't want to wait it out.. By the way, the photography in the post was great...

I have heard similar sentiment. It does take a very long time, and definitely softens the beer's texture. The appearance is uniquely spectacular IMO
